Our DittoDoom Family

Welcome! My name is Erica and I am the mom behind DittoDooms. My son, D is the real mastermind behind the works, I am just here to support him in his dream of being able to have his own card shop one day.

His love for Pokémon started one day when I came across an ad for a local card show in our area. We had never gone to one before, but when it was just the two of us at home, I thought it would be a fun thing to do together.

Well we went to that card show and the rest is history from there. I see my son get excited to see what cards he gets out of a pack, the time he puts into making his keychains, the mystery packs, and the nonnegotiable sleeve and top loader piles that must be present when cards are going to be out.

He truly loves his Pokémon!

So, to support and encourage his dream, I decided to buckle down and do some research into creating an online presence to provide a space for D to share his passion!

We like to collect cards, trade, go to card shows, do raffles, and play games to have fun and enjoy this fun hobby.

The name DittoDooms was born from my son’s favorite Pokémon - Ditto & my favorite - Houndoom.

One day my daughter will be able to join us, and we may end up doing a little rebranding as she discovers her favorite Pokémon, but for now we will move forward with this fun name we created!
